Need help!!!

I've been trying to find a plate to mount my RT5-P1 1x24 Micro Reflex Sight to my XDMET 9mm.
So far no one has been able to help me. Aimsports said i needed a Trijicon RMR plate, i order one from Springfield and
i was excited when i received it but it does not fit the optic.
Does anyone out there know what plate will work
 
The only info I can find is that it’s compatible with Glock MOS and SW CORE slide plates. Since those are gun footprints, not optic footprints, I don’t think it’s going to fit. You can call Springfield Customer Service and ask if there’s a workaround. They can answer your questions/concerns Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30 CST via phone at 1-800-680-6866 or email at sales@springfield-armory.com
