New .22 Mag Semi-Auto Pistol

I'm a big fan of the .22 Magnum round. I own several .22 Mag revolvers, but my only semi-auto in .22 Mag is my Kel-Tec PMR 30. I was excited to see Walther announce the new WMP today. I would love for Springfield to offer a similar XD model, but even 1 new addition to the market is a huge improvement.

22mag is a fun round I have a Henry in that cal shoots like a 22lr but a little more punch . I have one more 9mm to pick up and then I going with some 22 lr pistols like a Walter 22 beretta 22 ruger maybe

I have the same Henry, I bet. I put a cheap scope on it and it's a great little plinker. You should try some Armscor ammo. It shoots groups you can cover with a quarter at 50. I think .22WMR really likes a rifle barrel, but in pistols it ain't too bad, if a little loud.

Although not interested in a 22 in any configuration definitely a nice looking gun, I found the video in the article interesting where he takes the gun as a back up on an Elk Hunt.
I see this as a great gun for a training or practice gun as well as something for younger new shooters.

I was thinking $399 tops.
