There’s a lot of new stuff hitting the market right now. Here’s a quick roundup of some of the standouts.

Nice article Thank for posting Annihilator. Those Force X2's do sound interesting.
So...while subsonic is a big thing...there’s already a lot of subsonic pistol ammo available. In 9mm, just use 147gr; .40, 180gr, .45, pretty much anything 185gr and up...standard pressures, of course. Don’t see what the “subsonic” tag will do better than Hornady's standard XTP loads in those weights (well, besides probably cost a lot more).
And I’m not sure about those Force X2 rounds, either. I suspect they are going to underpenetrate.
I think I’ll stick with Federal LE FliteControl buckshot.
I'll let you know when I get my hands on some.
The 8 pellet FlightControl is some devastating ****
I use 15 pellet #1.
I haven't tried it. Any particular reason you don't shoot 00B ? What I mean is do you avoid it for some reason?
No, I have plenty of it, as well.
I prefer the greater # of pellets which still punch deeply enough to be effective.
For straight indoor, HD use, I like #4 buck as well...but #1 (and 00) do better at longer—50+ feet—ranges than #4.
Yikes. That's pricey. I am sure if it's new it will take a while to filter down to us.$3.00/round and out of stock everywhere I looked.
I’ll probably buy 4 or 5 boxes when I can find it. See what’s what.Yikes. That's pricey. I am sure if it's new it will take a while to filter down to us.
