he is not some "fly by night" lawyer.

Uscca has a tactic of scaring you into insurance. Just like any other insurance. Local uscca reps are reasons I dont sign up as the 3 I have met have been like used car salesmanthat particular lawyer also is connected to the USCCA, which i get my carry insurance from.

i don't deal with any local reps.
i got the USCCA on recommendations of my shooting club and the range i go to
but for someone to say, "typical youtube lawyer" is as ignorant as can be.
i suppose people like Masada Ayoob, Paul Harrell, Hickok45 are typical dumbazz you tube people as well..???

I’m so ignorant that I went and read the fine print in the USCCA’s policies, which is why I’m now a CCW Safe member and sleep safe knowing they won’t come after me for legal fees if they don’t do a good enough job defending me.

there is always the civil lawsuits after a shooting.
i'd prefer not to lose my home to pay off the criminals family.

Seriously, you think there going to help or do anything for you, if you think they will that’s fine, hope they will, I don’t trust them anymore then any other insurance company, I really hope you never have to find out.

well, they do not actually use the word "fund", but indeed insurance
just like my homeowners and auto insurance...
once we pay that premium, we do hope they will cover us.
it says right in the policy, they will cover incidents up to the level we choose to pay for.
