I guess we'll see how it plays out, and with the zinc alloy frame, how durable it it.

Would have rather seen it with an aluminum frame.

I have a 9-shot Heritage Rough Rider with both the .22 LR and .22 WMR cylinders, so I wasn't interested when I first saw the Diamondback Sidekick. Things changed when I saw that the Sidekick is both Double-Action and Single Action. I will be picking up a Sidekick as soon as they become available. I've never owned a Diamondback product, so I look forward to seeing the quality of this revolver.

I have a 9-shot Heritage Rough Rider with both the .22 LR and .22 WMR cylinders, so I wasn't interested when I first saw the Diamondback Sidekick. Things changed when I saw that the Sidekick is both Double-Action and Single Action. I will be picking up a Sidekick as soon as they become available. I've never owned a Diamondback product, so I look forward to seeing the quality of this revolver.

Diamondback is owned by Taurus who also owns Heritage.

The double action single action definitely has its own appeal considering the in-store price will probably be closer to $200 than the $320 msrp.

Like 1299 I have a heritage rough rider 22/22mag not a nine shot a 6 shooter they are fun cheap little guns
