Nice pickup! Are these different from the P80 Lipsey did a few years ago?

From what I have been told this new one is made and assembled in Austria and also from what I have been told the magazines have the metal inserts in them as opposed to the originals that had no metal in them and the recoil spring is the original polymer...

My gen4's have the metal inserts in the mags, but a poly recoil spring is nuts!

I think they went with a captured recoil spring as well.

The gen3's are a single spring as the gen4's are a 2 spring in 1 unit. Both have different ends (barrel end).

This is an early model , recoik assembly not captured . I was thinking that they made the new Lipsey repro “captured” or one piece like the Gen 2,3,4,5

You're right the recoil spring is captured it's the one piece. I apologize after the day I had yesterday sorry.....
