New gun for competition, Shadow 2....

I just recently got into competition shooting, 2 official matches under my belt with the Springfield Echelon, with a better trigger, comp, and a red dot, so open class... but when I was practicing, I realized that I shot better and faster with my Dan Wesson 1911 .45 with iron sights. (I'm old school, new to red dots.) so I decided to pick up a CZ Shadow 2 for the manufactured class. (Ya, I know the Shadow 2 is actually coming to an end of its prime, Shadow 3 soon but anyway got it for just over 1K so nice.)

Looking forward to taking it to the range next week for its first shots then the next competition I'll try and do 2 classes. Open and manufactured with the Echelon and Shadow 2.... and see how they compare speed and accuracy wise.

Shadow 2 screams for Carry Optics division.
If going to shoot open with the Echelon, you need to be shooting major power factor to even dream of being competitive.
