Night Sights for XDM Elite

I have the XDM Elite 3.8 9mm. I am having trouble using sights. Comes with age. Is there sight that I can put on, and if so, how difficult to install?

I’d look at Trijicon HD or TruGlo TFO/TFX.

@xdman is a good source for the sights & replacing them.
