No fear

I spent close to 40 years riding motorcycles but never did that crazy stuff.
My last bike was a 2005 Gold Wing 1800 that (once) I took it to 125mph
After that is was all about touring.

An old picture of my 1988 BMW K100LT somewhere in Oregon in the mid 1990's. I rode close 5000 miles on that trip from Dallas up to Wyoming across to Oregon and then back down to Texas. Great memories..:). The K-Bike could cruise all day at 100...I raced a sports cars on some open roads a few times. Lucky I didn't get myself killed. I used to routinely take a little over an hour from San Antonio to near Corpus Christi on I-37. It's about 120 miles. I never got a ticket on that route but I came very close...:)

I owned 1981 and 1983 Goldwing Interstates(1100). When the '84 came out with the 1200cc engine I wanted one...:) Goldwings are awesome motorcycles. I've got an old photo album of different pictures I took on motorcycle trips. Many of those pictures have my Goldwings in them.

I owned a 1992 Harley Softail Custom and it was a great motorcycle, but when I wanted to cover distance I got on a Goldwing or my BMW K100LT.

I remember driving one of the Goldwings from Amarillo to Lubbock and the road is so flat and mostly straight, you could set the cruise control and pretty much ride without much pressure on the handlebars...:)

Highway pegs and cruise control(throttle lock)...2 of the first modifications I did to my Goldwings...:)
