I grew up reading Bill Jordan & Skeeter Skelton, Elmer Keith , Ed McGivern's Book of Fast and Fancy Revolver Shooting.

A good review of what I learned in 32 years of law enforcement. Might be old school but is still true today. A lot of these techniques are still taught at police academies but are modified slightly for semi-autos instead of revolvers. The mindset to win is also fostered.
