CZECH OUT THIS CENTURY ARMS VZ.2008

This is the domestic import version of the Czech VZ.58, the official service rifle for the nation of Czechoslovakia during the Cold War. While this rifle may look like a traditional AK, it is completely unique

They also used the Russian pistol round but made the Cz82 for it rather than just use the Makarov.
They also made the roller-locked CZ52 in 7.62x25, instead of a Tokarev copy.

As well as the Vz63 Skorpion machine pistol in .32acp.

That was before they adopted 9x19 and the CZ75…

Czechoslovakia was one of the least Soviet-influenced of the satellite states, particularly their arms industry.

Had a VZ.58 side folder for a while. Nice gun, actually liked it better than my AK underfolder, but…

Yep they did they made some, in my opinion, superior weapons to the Soviets. I think everyone i knew who had one, 3 off the top of my head said exactly that, they liked it better than an AK.
