Poorly organized, with the staff leading the Board on where the meeting will/may be taking place. A letter asking for an explanation goes unanswered. This organization is in disarray. You’d think with the time this pandemic has provided, they’d be able to answer questions and have some sort of idea on when/where the next meeting could be held. It’s probably going to be where WLP gets paid the most $$$ or wants to buy a house. Smh 
I had heard this earlier through the Save the Second organization. Interesting.
As far as the Board determining the location, etc., I have been involved in professional organizations, and we always allowed the Executive Director and staff to handle details of something like this, maybe in consultation with the Chairman of the Board and/or Executive Committee, but the general Board member would not have been aware until things were pretty much set. This is not unusual.
