NYC under water, garbage floating

Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed-- 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory." 55 "O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?"

#1 - Weather happens. Onshore flow from the Atlantic (moisture source) with converging High/Low pressure systems with the Low Pressure system rotating counter-clockwise therefore sucking moisture off the ocean to onshore.

#2 - Areas paved with concrete doesn't allow water to soak in.

#3 - Areas barely above sea level have drainage problems.

#4- Water goes down hill into subways.

#5 - Watch AccuWeather or the others for a clear explanation.

nah...the apocalypse is coming.......

An NYC official just stated that the NYC storm sewer system was built to handle 1.75"/hr. of rain, but they got between 4-8"/hr. depending on various locations.

So, it's inadequate infrastructure vs. the end-of-the-world.

And it's happened frequently because they won't/can't update the infrastructure, but they'll dump $billions into welfare programs.
