oh well, go "woke" and get bit.

When they regrow the set they lost and acknowledge it, they might rebound. As for the bottle maker, they could see another brewery pick up the contract. All is not lost yet.
Then on top of all the denials, they (A-B) gets right back to the pandering in such a placating order as if nothing happened.

At least Spuds McKenzie, Bull frogs and Wazzzzup had positive lasting effects, ey? Sticking to funny and light parody always works.

Prob the best “boycott” since Buh-Wiser gave a lucrative beer distributorship (Chicago) to professional Bs instigator JJ Sr.‘S kid, then they sold it couple years afterward. Made a ton of money on the sale deal but ran a ps-poor business model destined to fail.

BuhWiser, like OldStyle for some reason always gave me a headache.
Switched over to years ago to the champagne of bottled beer…

i feel bad for the employees, distributors etc who have been negatively impacted by the sales drop. i don't feel bad for the execs who made a series of dumb decisions to put bud light in this position and i hope they all get canned. i read yesterday that a bottling company is laying off >600 employees that some say is due, in part, to the bud light sales crash. those people are taking it on the chin.

I'm not sure that even a public hanging outside the Anheuser-Busch headquarters would turn things around at this point.
The AB headquarters is not running the show. It's in STL. The shots are being called in Belgium. Bud Light is not selling here at all. A whole lot of us boycotted AB when they sold out to InBev. We prefer our STL made beer to be owned by a STL company. At least an American company anyway.

Ironically I very much prefer Belgian ale to American beer. Trappiste Ale specifically. It's been several years since I drank an American beer. Mostly I drink Irish stout though. Guinness Extra Stout.

When Mrs Greener and I visited Brugge in Belgium we went to a restaurant for the Belgian rabbit. I drank a few Trappist Tripel beers before and during dinner. Those monks know how to put some whallop into their beer, I thought Mrs Greener and several other people were going to have to carry me to the bus stop. The monks strange behavior makes more sense to me now.

We were in Ghent when I discovered Trappiste ales. My wife had a hard time getting me out of the hotel bar. No worries though, a block or two down the road we found a pub that served Rocheforte. For the longest time after we got back to the states it was very difficult to get that stuff here. You had to have it shipped from Belgium and it was about $80 a six pack. Nowadays there are a couple expansive liquor stores that carry it. The positive side of InBev buying AB. It's about $6 per 11.2 oz bottle for the Rocheforte. They also have Duval, St. Bernardus and a couple other Trappiste offerings. Indeed, the best beer in the world is brewed by Belgian monks.
