I don't know about you guys, but when I get a notification about an item being shipped, I get po'd when I check in 3 days later saying they created a label. Don't tell me it's shipped when clearly, you haven't. Time for my blood pressure meds.

My fav is the "out for delivery" then two days later, "arrived in depot". Liars.

They “ create a label” so they can go ahead and charge your card.

same exact thing happens to me...the shipping dept packed, labeled and sent info to the shipper, (USPS, UPS, FedEx), but they still have to pick it up, then scan it themselves.

then when they return to the mothership, they download that information, into the computer

then i get a "probable date" for delivery

i have had a few things sitting at the "store" waiting to be picked up.

when i click onto the shipping code, i many times get..."waiting for package to be picked up"

i think some "stores" just do not get items shipped one at a time, there might be a minimum for the trucks to show up.

unless the shipper is in that area, such as an industrial park, where other businesses ship constantly

when i worked at RPS (long now known as Fed Ex Ground), that's what they had...minimum amounts of packages to be picked up.

It's irritating for sure! I've waited a week before some actually shipped. Like @Bassbob stated "as to charge the card". Many state that when ordering. Still they shouldn't or have any reason too because it's been approved.

Yeppers. Posted on different forums show “item shipped” does NOT = “label created”! As far as I’m concerned, shipped means in a mailbox, or dropped off at/picked up by and in the UPS/FedEx/DHL, etc, truck or delivery center.

Y'all must be taking about bud's. Keep your britches on and just be patient. The LGS's around here charge a additional fee from them for some reason, maybe they're impatient also.

I don't mind the "out for delivery" "created a label" so much, It's the tracking as it heads to Calf. I live in ME. What are ya doing taking the scenic route?
