And while you’re at it… mention Several other, lower price point pistols come with MANY plates included.$60 to $129. Next time I talk with SA I will ask and post their reply here.

Given this... Pretty clear that Agency Arms increased the price of the plates in general, it wasn't just an SA decision.Got notice from Natchez Shooting Supplies that the have Prodigy optics plates back in. Last time I checked they were selling them for something like $40. They are now $101.99.

Afraid I had a brain fart. The Trijicon SRO mounts directly on the 229. Now I have to find some 6-40 x 7/16 flat head screws. I am concerned ejected shell casings are going to hit the SRO.Need a little help from you guys & gals. Which mount plate/adapter is best for installing a Trijicon SRO on my optics ready Sig P-229.
Looks like I'm beating a dead horse. Took my 229 & SRO to my local gunsmith he thought ejected casings would probably strike the dot housing. Gonna trade my SRO for a Holosun green dot EPS. Only problem left I can't find any black suppressor height sights for the 229.Afraid I had a brain fart. The Trijicon SRO mounts directly on the 229.
