Pep Boys no more retail store.

I have some projects going on on my truck and stopped at the local Pep Boys to pick up supplies.
No more retail store!!!
Just auto repair and tires.
Retail section of the store was completely empty.
I spoke to the service advisor, retail sales is totally and only online now.
Wow, what is going on???

Online sales are destroying retail store today, I don’t and won’t buy online, most people would feel the same if they got there accounts
hacked like I did years ago. No site is secure, no matter what your told, if I can’t get it at a retail store, I just do without.

I’m with you. If I can absolutely help it I will get what I need from a store. It will be an absolute must to order something.
