Pistol vs revolver shooting - HELP!

I took a couple pistols out behind the cabin today to give them some work. It's been almost all revolvers since the before-times ended because I reload for them. Both my VP9 and Delta Elite were hitting significantly low but good on windage. I can't blame the pistols; when I was using them regularly last May they were doing this, and the fliers were from the draw. They've been in the safe since. I'm putting the sights on the same place as before. I hit the mark or at least group around it with revolvers. I'd be surprised if I'm anticipating recoil with the 9mm when I don't seem to have a problem with full-power .44 mag with either a hogleg or a double action. Any ideas? I want to get back to my autos since I can find 9 and 10 again but I REALLY don't want to build bad habits.

It was me, as usual. I always blame me, especially when shooting a HK. I just had to get used to the trigger again, get my grip and finger location right, and use a good pull. I got used to and spoiled by revolver triggers :)
