Prodigy 4.25" info needed.

Can someone tell me the recoil spring length and #poundage of spring from factory?
It should be the same as any 1911 commander style in 9mm

Super .38/9mm Note:
The factory recoil spring rating for the Commander Super .38 & 9mm calibers is 16 pounds. When ordering above recoil springs for these calibers, please take this difference into consideration.

From Wolff gun springs site

The factory spring in a 4.25 Prodigy is 12 lbs. OAL of stock spring is 4.25

According to Springfield a 1911 Commander spring will not work.

I was just referring to the poundage of the spring, and I knew a regular commander spring might not work……..just using the above as a reference…….

That sounds more like how Popeye would say it, but there is little doubt that you are much cooler than me so I’m sure Yer Right.
