Prodigy AOS 14B Plate and 508T

New guy here. I just thought I’d post my red dot mounting experience with the Springfield Prodigy and the AOS system. This process was surprisingly easy. I ordered the 14B plate for the RMR foot print. I was going to go with the Trijicon SRO, but after looking at how close it is to the ejection port, I went with the Holosun 508T. Everything fit perfectly. I know people have been having screw problems, but the short screws that came with the 508T worked flawlessly. They were the perfect length and thread pitch. Now I just have to go and zero this thing. I have 250 rounds through it so far with no issues. I did take it apart and clean it before I shot it. I also racked the slide rapidly about 500 times while watch tv to help break it in.

Nice! I would put the seal plate on too, trust me, I experimented with it extensively :ROFLMAO:
Wait, maybe Holosuns don't have one, your 508 looks like it's already sealed once installed.

Only have 50 factory loads to put down range today. I have number of my hand loads, but I want to zero with factory. The plan is to load 2K rounds over the next two weeks. My plate is schedule to arrive on Wednesday. I should have it zeroed and ready to go before my plate match on the 28th. Also, have been dry firing over the past few days.

Found it for $99.00. Ran 150 rounds today. The gun is extremely hungry. I am hopeful, I can reduce my times by 1.5 or 2 seconds. Dry firing for 3 days made a big difference.
Nice, amost good, still a rip-off IMHO The Prodigy is addictive, very addictive and tons of fun to shoot. I've doubled my weekly ammo usage, but quadrupled my enjoyment shooting, I blame SA for all of it :p
