Those screws remove the handguard I believe? Not 100% sure since I don't own a saint? What qd are you asking about (sling attachment or something else)?

by a after market Mlok QD sling mount that fits on the front handguard

lots of makers out there sell them. Around $20

You then put the QD (quick detach) mount anywhere on the front Saint handguard. It fits into the slots on the handguard via unique screws included that lock it into the slot.

you can put the qd mount on either side, bottom, up front or towards the back of the handguard. Most prefer up front like a traditional rifle sling.

buy a sling with QD ends and attach back of sling to the stock or right behind the grip. Saint victor has both built in. Whichever you prefer.
Then attach front of sling to the QD mount you attached

Like KillerFord1977 said do not remove that attachment, that mounts to your barrel. Get a MagPul QD Mlok mount and you can attach it in any one of these slots circled red...
