Stuck at home with lots of time and not a lot of to do? Rather than clean your garage (you weren’t going to do that anyway), it's a great time to take disassemble and clean your guns. It will be good for your firearms and your sanity.

All my guns are cleaned within a couple days of a range session and I do take them out of the safe periodically to wipe them down with Remington oil wipes to prevent rust or corrosion.

Well all of my guns are clean so I just got through taking apart my Kershaw Leek . Cleaned it relubed it , and put back together . I was amazed! It actually worked.

First time I have messed with it in about a year. Not my EDC anymore since I got the Kershaw Launch 6 .

My wife and daughter have taken the social distancing to mean we have to paint and decorate my soon-to-be son-in-law's house where my daughter will live in May, and now they want to start painting my house. The paint stores are still open unfortunately...

So no time to clean guns, gotta work at my desk all day, then work on the house all night...

I actually DID clean the garage yesterday...it was full of construction debris and tools from a home renovation I finished a couple weeks ago (on a home I'm trying to sell - timing is everything!). I need room to work on a riding mower I'm trying to resurrect, to maintain the yard on that house that's for sale.

The guns stay clean. I'm picky about that.

And, there's already paint in the house, purchased in case we get sent home from work (I'm "essential", being in the Automotive field). I've wanted to paint a couple rooms for a while, but....time?

I’ve cleaned a few, went over my fishing rods, done a few things around the house. I have a few xtra days in from work and am taking full advantage.

More information on that room, though, that you can't see in the photo:

1. the fireplace is rose marble, and below the chair rail is a color pulled from it (hard to tell in the photo)
2. floors are 5" custom oak - medium-dark brown
3. recliners are chocolate leather
4. sofa is chocolate leather (yeah...bachelor, with 3 dogs...)
5. furniture is mostly dark wood - corner cabinets, coffee table, end tables, etc - there's LOTS of brown in the room
6. exterior of the house is natural fieldstone with lots of bluestone in it

Well I really think brown would work best going off the looks of that photo.
