Alan Mossberg, chairman of Mossberg passed away on Nov. 6 at his home in Florida, surrounded by friends and family. He was 89.

Sad news, thanks for the post Anni. RIP Mr. Mossberg.
I just recently purchased 2 new Mossbergs, to go along with others I own. I was able to find a 410 Shockwave (that's been on my somewhat long firearms bucket list), and a MC2c. These together with my MC1sc, 590 Mariner 12 Gauge shotgun, and 590m (Detachable Magazine) Shockwave, complete my current Mossberg collection. I'm sure there will be more added in the future.

RIP, thank you for the many meals provided with your products, and the peace of mind of having them in the home, especially when I cannot be home I know my wife is well equipped.
