Looks like good news, it seems they will start production at Remington on March 1.

Roundhill Group’s Federal Firearm License (FFL) has been approved, according to a report from a local NY news station, and as a result RemArms is scheduled begin production on March 1.

I wish them the best. I'd like to see Remington restored to its former status, before investment groups dedicated to maximizing profit ruined the classic brand. With how much base-level defensive shotguns are commanding in today's market, the new ownership would do well to start delivering a bunch of them.

Remington is in a great position to capitalize on name recognition. New gun owners are most likely not aware of how bad Remington products had become before the most recent bankruptcy. They just know that their grandpa owned one for years. If Remington's initial batch of guns show to be decent quality weapons, the company may be able to win over a whole lot of new fans.

I do as well. I've enjoyed many Remington rifles and shotguns. I would have bought another Remington 700 had the Rifles not looked so bad last year. I'm not terribly disappointed in the Savage tactical .308 but its not as smooth as all my Remington's
