Review: FAB Defense GL-Core Impact Recoil Reduction Stock

:rolleyes::rolleyes:

You can reduce felt recoil with a heavier buffer, and/or by going with a different caliber cartridge.

Neat idea, but not needed on any AR platform in my opinion.
I agree, though I have to say my buddy's suppressed LaRue, which is a heavy gun, stays on target for follow up shots much better than most of mine do. He says it's set up for reduced recoil. Adjustable BCG, buffer, suppressor. I can put two on target with it faster than I can with mine. I can somewhat overcome that employing the Haught method. It ain't just for shotguns.

A heavier buffer (marginally) increases dwell time, that's all, in concert with an adjustable gas block, and muzzle device you'll the desired result, even without the adjustable gas block you'll get a more agreeable recoil impulse.
It took some real trial and error to get my AR10A to be an enjoyable to shoot carbine. I wound up using an H3 buffer, and a Surefire brake with a Warden.
If 5.56/.223 is so violent a recoil impulse you need to doctor it, just get a hydraulic recoil buffer.
