Review: Marlin 1894 Dark

I like leverguns and own Marlin 1894 models in .44 Mag and .357 Mag./.38 Special. Despite being a levergun fan, I never saw the appeal of a "tactical levergun". If I wanted something tactical, I fail to see the advantage of buying one of these guns over an AR-15 platform rifle or pistol. Maybe they might be more attractive to me if I lived in an area that heavily restricted possession of semi-auto rifles. I have no problem with other shooters deciding to spend their money on whatever they want, but I'll pass on the whole dark/tactical levergun movement.

I'll just say it's marketing using the word tactical! How 1 uses it is entirely up to the individual. With the cb and sbl I have especially the sbl there isn't any room for a muzzle brake.
