I have heard of some crimes in some neighboring areas. Stealing batteries from farm equipment and such. People hurting for money that have lost jobs.

Haven't heard of any nefarious stuff going-on in our area...yet. We're in a low-crime, semi-rural location (houses around us, but outside of town), and have lived here for 24 yrs. I take the dogs out for their last Head call real late at at night. In all those yrs I've never been concerned much about any danger, except maybe a wayward coyote wandering around. During this past couple of weeks I am now carrying when I go out at night. "The times they are a'changin".

Yeah in the lil town I live in it is a “close knit” farm town. Just neighbors talking bout “outsiders” doing these petty crimes.
