RIA are always underrated 1911’s. Armscor manufacturers more 1911’s then any other company. My brother has one of there compacts in .45acp, it shoots great. Lot of people look down cause the frames are cast, the slide, barrels are forged. I know there not top of the line guns, but for the money, they function, plus you get a lifetime warranty. And at times, hundreds less then other manufacturers.

I've read that about RIA's in several different articles. Great value for the price and shoots well. I never owned or fired one, I'm just going on articles I've read that compared 1911, their value and accuracy. Somewhere within, RIA is almost always in the conversation.
