So, my EDC is my XD-s 9mm. No issues with the firearm, but curious about finish care. The slide looks great, the polymer (not surprisingly) is holding up great...but the roll pins that hold the mechanicals in place in the polymer frame are starting to get surface rust (body sweat, etc). Should I put a drop of oil on them next time I clean? Or leave them alone so there's no press-fit issues from lubing something that's supposed to stay in place?
Personally I don't care about small dots of brown...appearance is second to function for me, but if it could harm performance I'll address it.
