Ronin 10MM ordered through the Firstline Program

I posted a few month ago regarding my order of a Ronin 10MM through the Frontline Program. I got my Saint Victor through the earlier program and waited the 6 months to get it last year. However, since I paid for my Ronin back in March, 2022 and not heard anything about the availability, I've been asking the authorized dealer for updates, and got nothing. Two months ago I contacted Springfield's customer service and was told that they had supply chain issues and they would be ramping up in the "fall". I contacted them again today and was told that they had a scheduled run for them in December and again in February 2023. I know all about the supply chain issues, but I'm not going to wait almost a year, when other manufacturers have 10MM 1911's available now. I'm cancelling my order, and will have to pay the 3% credit card fee. Whatever. My main complaint is that I paid up front in full for an item that they knew they couldn't deliver. Back to Sig pistols for me.

If it's not in stock or hands on then it's :poop: shoot on when you might get anything! Like ordering custom barrels! No matter the estimate add 6 months and maybe it'll show up! Sometimes it might just be your lgs and not actually putting in the order. It happens to often! 2 custom ba barrels took 180 days and 183 days from date of order (online the company's website). I made sure not to "p i s s off the cook" as 1 would say.

It is unfortunate when the availability of highly desirable guns become scarce however every time I stop by my favorite LGS they have a Ronin 10mm in the case for sale. The last visit was two weeks ago.
