Thanks for the link, Trader. I have a rotating barrel pistol and I like it. It is a little more difficult to conceal because it is wider than the pistol it replaced but then again it is a double stack and holds five more rounds. Lots of trade offs.

the m/p 22mag and 5.7's have the rotating barrel, but are small cartridges w/ light weight bullets as for little to no recoil. any design that can delay the action opening to the last possible moment can reduce recoil

Good article, thanks for sharing! I remember the Beretta pistol that had this, and if I remember right, remember I’m old, the Colt 2000 had the rotating barrel also

I have a PX4 in .45 and it’s a cool gun but I have never been wowed by a big difference in recoil and it’s a fairly bulky gun. I wonder if that would be different in 9mm. I think that it also could be that everything that claims less recoil, low recoil, flatter shooting etc., gets compared to my Archon and gets left in the dirt.

I have a px4 in a 9mm I don’t know if it you feel less on the recoil . I know it kicks a little more than my cz sp01 and it is a fat bulky gun I like I put the smallest hogue rubber grip on it helps a lot it not the grip they say to use you have stretched the hell of it to fit works well once you get it on
