I just never could learn to like the looks of the "Redhawk". Love the old "Speed Six" and the "Security Six" and even the "SP101". Just something about the "Redhawk" that's not pretty.

I agree . I love the single-six , the blackhawk , the super blackhawk , owned two Security-sixs (1 blued and second was stainless , both 4"BBL. ) but I never did warm up to the redhawk.

I kind of like the look of the Redhawk. If money were no object, I'd pick one up in a heartbeat. My 7-shot GP100 currently fills the role of a high (or higher than usual) caliber centerfire revolver. The Redhawk is on my list of "someday" guns, but it never seems to jump to the top of the list.
