S&W Promotion of free Optic on certain Firearm Purchase

I'm posting this because I believed I read several posts on here indicating an interest in the S&W M&P 15 III Sport MSR and the S&W FPC (Folding Pistol Carbine). The S&W Response Carbine is also part of the promotion. Their promotion is that if you buy one of these firearms, you can get a free Vortex Optic model paired to whatever firearm was purchased. I believe I read the @NMEDGE said he purchased or was going to purchase the M&P 15 III Sport MSR from his going out of business LGS, so this promo may be valid for him in the off chance he isn't aware of it.

Unrelated but relevant, I bought the Sport 2 several years ago and it game with a cheap Crimson Trace dot. Oddly, that CT dot is now on my Hellion, and is the best RDS I have (others include Vortex, Buress and Holosun). It holds its position on a pic-rail better than others....and the optic has a larger window than other more expensive dots that I have.

All I'm saying is the rifle is a mid-low price option, but it will outlive you...and the cheap dot that came on mine way surpasses the expectations I had when I bought it. BTW, I looked up the MSRP on the dot I got with my rifle and it's about $75. I do like Vortex....they are about 25 miles from my home (that helps).

Thanks for thinking of me but I purchased a M&P Sport ll so not eligible .
