SA Loaded 1911 Sight Options?

I have a Springfield Loaded 1911 but I find the sights a tad small for my eyes, especially the front sight. I would like to have the sights swapped out with something else but haven't had a lot of luck finding other options... I've read that's because SA uses a custom dovetail or something along those lines.

Do I have any options for swapping out these sights?

I am a proponent of Trijicon HD night sights and have them on my Sigs and Colt 1911's. For what it is worth, you can send your slide to Trijicon and they will install the sights at no charge for the cost of the sights. Call their customer service. They will tell you if they can fit your gun

Which is what I’ve been reading… the cut Springfield uses for the sights is proprietary so standard Novak cut sights won’t fit, at least in the front.
