I have had this on back order since October of 2021 any idea when it will be fulfilled?! It’s the one with maxim brace to my understanding you will honor special orders ? Can I have some direction on this I have been patiently waiting all I have heard back in December was your on short supplies on bullit material . If that’s the case why you keep building new products . Why is this not the case for hand guns.

Not that I know... but I was waiting for this for a long while, went back to the web site and saw it marked as "discontinued", so bought a DD PDW. Don't know why it's been discontinued after less than a year released. Just FYI.

I think the discontinuation had to do with some re-definitions on the part of the ATF. There was talk about it on this forum a month or so ago…sad situation, imho.

To IDPA Shooter above: Welcome to the Forum! It isn’t directly run by Springfield, as I understand it. So you won’t get a true ‘official customer service’ response by posting here.
As far as I’m aware, Springer doesn’t accept direct orders, so assuming you ordered via a gun store or FFL dealer, you might want to inquire with them first.
Next, I’d call the cust service number on Springfields website (don’t email them - they have constant issues with email. But the CS reps on the phone are very helpful).

Have you prepaid for the gun? I'd ask for a refund and look for one online on arms list and gunbroker, they have been discontinued.
