Saint edge trigger not resetting

I have a saint edge rifle and the trigger doesn't reset. I can fire ten rounds no problem then nothing I can't eject the round I have to disconnect upper from lower and find that the trigger hasn't reset. I have to use a flat head screw driver to reset trigger when disassembled only way the hammer is locked up. After that the hammer doesn't lock up for a few more rounds fired. Then back to the same. I have cleaned and lubricated everything multiple times. This happens constantly o matter if it's the first ten rounds or the after 200 rounds. Ammo manufacturer does not make a difference

Does the fire control group function properly, within the lower itself? <----- field-strip the cleared weapon to upper/lower assemblies, and then focus your attention on the lower:

This is a very long and detailed video, but I don't want you to watch all of it (just yet ;) ), instead, for the time being, look at how Albrecht function-checks the fire control group, starting at the 1:25:40 time-point. You do not need a hammer drop block, but be sure that you safely guide the hammer as it is dropping so that it does not impact the lower or the bolt catch (rewind the video to 1:25:13, to see his warning and demo of how to do this).

You've done some good troubleshooting as-is -but what you've done doesn't necessarily isolate any one component- so let's reduce things down to the basics, now, and go from there. :)

I've had issues with this also, but in a ARpcc. The bcg was the problem as there wasn't enough metal on the bottom too reset the trigger from a blowback bcg. CMC fixed that with a trigger specific for AR pcc. This might not be your case? IF you have another 556 bcg too try (with proper headspacing) from another gun?

Just watched your video still doesn't help. My hammer doesn't return after firing it stays in the fired position and locks up to where I have to use a flat head screw driver to get it loose. I can't pull the hammer back with my finger like he does in the video

^ I concur with @TEXASforLIFE and @xdman 's advice - it's time to call SA to get it serviced. Either there's something not right in the FCG, or the lower may be out-of-spec. It's time for the manufacturer to make-right.

is there a bent spring in the trigger assembly ?
Have you checked to see if there is a small burr of metal on the sear ?
