Almost certain have to go with a Sig magnifier to match the Romeo 5.
Just about every Red Dot maker has their mount a tad bit different in height.
This makes the magnifier and RDS not line up perfectly between different companies.
Will make the RDS dot distorted and image not perfect

My Vortex 3x mag doesnt line up with my sig RDS. Same for my Trijicon

You can use almost any magnifier. Think about it, if almost all red dots are able to co witness with BUIS, then it's really just a matter of what riser you use. That said, the Sig Juliet is purpose made for the Romeos..

The Holosun HM3X marries up perfectly with the Romeo 5 and is considered the best magnifier in that price range. I ran that combination for awhile.

Not true.
A lot of companies risers are all different.
There are a few examples of different brands lining up, but its a select few.
Just any red dot brand doesn't line up with just any magnifier brand
