SA-35 is a very well designed, updated and sharp looking HG as is.
Original was good, SA made it much better and kept the fine points.
Two things wrong with it though. - SA didn't produce it sooner and we don't have one yet?

Excellant. A fine gentleman acquaintance, and someone I wish I had gotten to know better, would have loved to have seen this. Stephen A. Camp loved the Hi Power and literally wrote the book on it. His site Hi Powers and handguns is still a nice reference site.

Never had a Hi Power, could never afford one.
This SA-35 has just moved to the top of my bucket list.
I have never bought a new firearm when they first came out until it proved itself, but this could be an exception.

That looks like the grip was fairly thick with a double stack. Sweet holster.

I have been looking everywhere for a release date! You say the wait is years! That will quickly make me lose my enthusiasm for this pistol and SA as well!

If I remember right, there shipping now, read that somewhere, best advice I can give is get ahold of your dealer or if you do online ordering, check with several venders, just make sure the sight is legitimate, there are lots of false scams going on, a member here lost a good bit of money ordering from a place that looked legit, but it wasn’t.
