Good information. I always practice a reload with my head, gun and mag at chest level. Also when I do carry extra magazines which is always on my support hand side I make sure the mag is in the holder so when I grab it with my hand and lift it to insert into the gun the rounds are pointed in the right direction, this is real important when I carry my double mag holder as most are set up so one magazine fits better in the holder facing the wrong direction.

Good advise. I reload at chest level for the same reasons.
