I know this is a Springfield Armory forum but dang, the hits keep coming for Sig on this one.

Seven more gun owners allege Sig Sauer’s P320 fired without trigger pull

The lawsuits were filed this week in federal court, the latest wave of litigation involving the Newington-based gunmaker’s popular pistol.

While I don’t own one of these models, I can’t help but wonder if there’s fire from where all this smoke is coming from.

well, i DO have this gun, and i can assure you that it never fires without pulling the trigger.

in fact, right now..??

it's locked up in my metal cabinet, unloaded, (no mag in it, and a clear chamber), and it ain't shot off yet......

This is fake news, plus you ever notice it’s law enforcement personnel who this happens to, due to lack of training or irresponsible firearm handling. I own Sigs, none ever went off by themselves……

Yea, there was a release by Sig on a holster design that may have been a possible issue

I've heard that it has something to do with the holsters that some departments are using, but I'm not sure.

There's also been a recall for 320s in a certain serial number range to fix the original problem.
And, even if your 320 ISN'T in the serial number range, they'll round trip ship it on their dime to make sure it doesn't need to be fixed.
