Of the cat... Wife and I are sitting, like Mr. Greener with a lovely beverage as Alton Brown says, watching our cats favorite show. Only show he stops everything to watch, Life Below Zero. Lol don't mind all the stuffies, seems like the grandkids are taking over the family room.

Wasnt too many years ago the experts said dogs and cats cant actually see the tv because of the difference of their eyes. Amazes me none of those experts had a pet cat or dog. Or maybe they didnt actually have a tv. And SID 1959 enjoy those grandkids.!
 
Dogs and cats didn’t like old school
TVs because of the low cycle rate. To them it looked like constant strobing because of the way their brains are wired to process fast moving objects. With the introduction of HD televisions that all changed as the higher refresh rates make tv palatable to our furry friends

Not been my experience. Every cat we have had for 43 years has enjoyed at least one television show regularly.
