Don’t lock back when I insert empty magazine. I did a full cleaning to. I try multiple ammoDoes it lock back when you insert an empty magazine and pull the slide back by hand? As stated try some hotter ammo and watch your thumb/hand. Also if possible, to rule it out, although I doubt it to be the case being both mags, but try another brand, of quality, magazine if you have one. Those would rule out several possibilities.

Then it sounds like a slide stop issue.
