Very capable looking hatchet, belt ax, whatever you want to call it. Nice generous chopping edge and a decent if smallish poll. I am guessing with the poly handle, which looks to be nicely oval rather than round and will not twist in the hand, it should serve one pretty much forever.

Nice. I am a big fan of the belt ax. I have several primitive models I have made and used in many hunting camps.

They are, in my mind, indispensable tool/weapons and thi one should do great.
