For those who have served from '66 thru '68 in Vietnam. A friend of mine was in service during that time and was in the 5th SF a 6 man group. Do any of you know of them or know of anyone in that group?

He has been awarded 2 PHs. His last PH was when he was shot 5 times and was dead for 6 minutes before being brought back to life.

I had a good friend over your way. I believe he was in MACV SOG. Great guy lost touch when I moved and he quit his cross country route.

Wish I could help you out, Sorry . But when I read this , My Mother in-law just gave me my father in-laws Army Ribbons and medals from Vietnam yesterday ,it was still brand new sealed in the box. He was a Crew chief on Helicopters . She also gave me Grandpas WW2 ribbons He was in the navy also I have his blue sailor hat . and his WW2 Pin .
