Spirit Lake, Iowa, school board will let some on-campus staff carry concealed firearms

The staff members, selected by the superintendent, will remain anonymous and will be required to go through a screening and a certified 40-hour weapons training course taught by Dickinson County Chief Sheriff's Deputy Tony Petersen.
