I've owned mine since Nov 2020, and I was holding off from making it my edc, till I had more experience with it.

I've made it my edc now, and I've gotta admit, it's definitely an upgrade from my XD9sc, it feels like cutting edge ccw tech.

The Hellcat was a great choice for the award. I'm holding out hope that the engineers at Springfield are working on a .45 ACP version of the Hellcat for 2021. I like the XDS Mod.2 in .45, but the 5 and 6 round magazines have kept it from being one of my EDC candidates. A Hellcat with 8, 9, or 10 round magazines in .45 ACP would be an instant buy for me.
