The course will teach students basic rifle marksmanship, including safety, nomenclature of the rifle, operation of the rifle, cleaning and maintenance, external ballistics, zeroing and marksmanship from the prone, seated, kneeling and standing positions. As the class progresses, the students will participate in competitions as both individuals and teams.
