That would make a heck of a lot more sense in this package than a 5.56, in my opinion.

I would love to take one through its paces. As I have said before, making this with an integrally suppressed barrel would be the next evolution (after 300blk). I dont think that of one is deploying this rapidly that they will be thinking about hearing protection. It would make a great (insert limited space or not so secure location) gun, as it would be easy to disable/deploy.

The one thing I'd be concerned about would be damaging the protruding gas tube once the weapon is broken down. I'd possibly have to fashion some sort of protective sleeve to slide over that immediate end of the firearm to prevent damage to the tube.

I have a LAW folder w/SBA3 brace on my 11.5" pistol, and am tempted to go with the Cry Havoc Tactical conversion (https://cryhavoctac.com/index.html) that the USAF is using for their new GAU-5A ASDW.

Mine would have abit longer barrel than the EVAC but that's fine since I determined the 11.5" length was a good length for my needs. I have no need for a folding grip.
