Big Murf, I think it depends on the model handgun and generation of the CAA MCK. If you're interested in the one I believe xdman is showing, it doesn't seem that it supports threaded barrels (see the CAA product link I attached below). I have a earlier MCK gen for my Glock G19 with a thread barrel that fits, but I had to take the thread protector off or the slide couldn't be pulled back fully (barrel tilt would stop it as protector hit the top of the MCK.) As for Suppressor height sights, see the CAA FAQ Link attached below, some MCK gens do support them. When is doubt on model firearm with MCK Generation, calling CAA is always an option.
