Over 2 months ago I placed an order and they said it would go out the following Monday (MLK day). I didn't expect that to happen, but at least by Wednesday-Friday? By phone and email no replies. They answer by phone and then transfer to another person that doesn't answer. Jessica, don't know if it's the same Jessica is the one that placed the phoned in order thatched be the daughter? Anyone ordered anything from them lately?

Finally was able to get an answer about my January order. Last scan placed it 40 miles from me 2/1/21 and they are next daying replacement being shipped today. What a headache!
